Returning to cycling

Joined: 18 Jun 2012 Posts: 2 Bike: | I used to cycle alot when I lived in the Fens. I cycled to and from work which was 8 miles in total, I also did regular 15 miles bike rides for fun. Then I moved to Huntingdon, got married and had a baby and I haven't been cycling for about 5 years. I am starting again but I don't really know the best places to go, the roads aren't as quiet as the Fens. I need to start off small and gradually build up. Any advice? |
