South Downs Way & London to Windsor

I'm looking at doing the South Downs way on a bike to raise cash for a project for young people with disablilites, enabling them to participate in sport. Anyway, I cycle about 3 times a week to work, with about a 5 mile journey each way, so I am not very fit. I know this is going to be a challenge, that's the whole point. However, I do not know the route. Does anyone know the route? could they plot it for me? I've been advised by my local friendly bike store that London to Windsor would be a better (safer) option. Again, I have no idea of the route, so if someone could plot that, I'd be so grateful. Thanks in advance GW |
