Hi,

I am currently cycling 14 miles to work each day, 7 miles each way. This takes me a little under 35 mins and I can often be extremely hungry when I arrive at work or at home.

I'm the sort of person who eats a lot anyway, usually waking up hungry before my alarm everyday, regardless of the cycling. I also work as an Outreach and Engagement officer, therefore my everyday job involves lots of walking.

I currently eat a bowl of porridge with jam in the morning about 30 mins before the ride then the same when I get to my destination. I drink lots of water all day buy still find myself craving food so I often end up eating up to 6 bars of whatever cereal bar I can get my hands on, throughout the day. For lunch I'll usually have something along the lines of tuna or chicken with various veg and pasta or rice and dinner will be about the same.

I snack a lot on bananas , oranges and apple's throughout the day and have begun to bake 1 large cake per week for sugar fixes throoughout the day

It would be great to hear people's thoughts and suggestions on what I'm eating , to be honest I feel like I need to eating more!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
