Cycle mirrors with LEDS for front and rear

Joined: 03 Sep 2010 Posts: 4 Bike: My Profile | I ride a hybrid (Raliegh Pioneer) and it struck whilst out at 5 am this morning that I could do mirrors fitted into the bar ends that also have front and rear facing leds built in. This would give additional visibility and also hopefully give the drivers an indication of the width they need to pass me safely. I currently use the Winkku set up of mirror, f&r leds and turn indicators, but these are proving to be not as reliable as I hoped. Does anyone know of a combination of a Cateye or Blackburn mirror with something like the Danlite f&r led lens set built in? Or someone out there clever enough to make me some? Please help........ |
