The site is very well designed and the interface provides a good overview of the whole booking process. The main button allows you to book your flight, check-in, sign up for an account and pay for your ticket. As I mentioned previously, the British Airways website is quite well designed and it provides a good overview of different pages within the site. But there are also some details that could be improved upon: There is no option for changing airplane type or cabin class, so you have to enter all this information manually when booking a plane on line. The check-in page does not provide any kind of indication of when your flight will take off so it is not possible to know when you will be leaving.
