Joined: 09 Dec 2011 Posts: 1 Bike: | Hi, In answer to your question after completing the British Heart Foundation Londo to Paris charity cycle ride this year, is that providing you are reasonably fit, and have completed some time in the saddle, and do not try and race then it is a very good cyccle event. Some of the roads can be challenging but not from the cycling point of view but from the inconsiderate UK car drivers! The car drivers in France are more considerate! The only other advice I can give you is make sure your team have a good back up driver, their help is invaluable, they can make or brake your ride.
