Mileage is the key not the speed. We are not a chaing gang group and cater for all ages, sexes, ethnicity. It is all about the bike and some good times. We also have a qualified cycle mechanic/personal trainer, who is always on hand with lots of help and advice. (City & Guilds qualified, former Army cyclist & triathlete.) Please contact paulharper05@aol.com for details, or look up www.mlsb.org/phvelotec for more contact details. Would be great if we could get lots of cyclists involved. Thanks for reading. |

Our club/group is very basic at the moment and cater for all levels, if you want one to one rides feel free to cantact me. The main club ride is on Sunday mornings from 10:30, I am also trying to organise a Thursday ride. Please feel free to contact me at either paulharper05@aol.com or phvelotec@aol.com Yours, Paul Harper. |
