hey Im jus trying to use the route planner and I'm well confused by it how do i add start and finish points?

Hey Hippy Man,

With the route planner just zoom into the map and accurately double click on the position you want to start (if you do it wrong just click clear route) and each double click will plot the next step of your route - I would suggest mapping the route as accurately as poss because a couple I did didn't exactly stick to the roads and so the moderators didn't allow them as some cyclists use GPX navigation to guide them on their routes (they wouldn't be able to follow an inaccurate route).

I've just started as well and I found the mapping easy enough if you are patient but when you upload the site wants details I haven't got 'cos it's a new route I haven't cycled yet, only planned. The site could do with a trial section with a print-out so we can try it out then upload it
