panier rack for a mtb

Joined: 23 Aug 2013 Posts: 35 Bike: My Profile | Hi Andy You might look at http://www.halfords.com/cycling/accessories/panniers-racks/axiom-flip-flop-deluxe-seat-post-rack .It has a capacity of 15 Kg which is the highest weight I could find. It did rattle a bit when unloaded, but I stripped it down and used a bit of metal shim to tighten the fit. But apart from that it seems pretty bullet proof.
