Advice which bike

Joined: 19 Jul 2012 Posts: 2 Bike: | after bit of help new to the bike scene , I'm big lad looking to loose a bit of weight going out at the minute utilising some of the routes around Merseyside doing around 16 to 40 miles, I currently have a ironhorse bike kindly donated by my uncle who no longer uses, but the wheels, tyres are really thin believe the guy in halfords said there 700 what I know about bike sizes you could fit on a pin head, I get on it and go, don't think I can put any bigger tyres on cause they virtually rub on forks as it is, so I was thinking about changing the bike not after spending hundreds but would mind a fairly decent spec for my needs can anyone recommend a decent bike around maybe 250 ish |
