Two broad options being considered: 1) From oban go via crainlarich and Loch Lomond then from Glasgow hook up with the Clyde - Forth route and then route 1 and head to Iona from Melrose. 2) From Oban head south via habart (west) and ferry to arran and the addrossan(?). Then head east towards peebles, melrose and Iona. Probably use the tweed cycleway. There are route on this site heading south from Oban and for Arran. I need ideas from Addrossan(spelling?) ferry heading east.. Anyone who knows Ayrshire and Lanarkshire and can suggest potential cycle friendly routes in the area heading east. Thanks Rob H |
