Needing a cycle route from KELVINBRIDGE to ARDEN in Glasgow

Joined: 07 Aug 2009 Posts: 1 Bike: | Im looking for a commutable route from Kelvinbridge to Arden... I was thinking about going over the Squinty bridge but I am not sure where to go from there. I am also trying to avoid as much traffic as possible. Thanks. supermiffy |

Joined: 30 Jun 2009 Posts: 3 Bike: | Sorry I though I'd replied to this yesterday! there's a sustrans route from Bells bridge just along from the Squinty bridge which takes you along quiet roads in Pollokshields, Mosspark, up corkerhill Rd where there is a bike lane then off to the left to Pollok Park, after that I;m not sure where it goes but you could go along Boydstone Rd and into Arden that way through carnwadric...though there may be another way signposted.. |
