Offroad in the Lammermuirs - Page 4

I've been cycling around East Lothian and the Lammermuirs - mainly on road with smidgns of off road sections. I have now overcome my fear of cows (!!) and reckon I can tackle some longer off road routes. I fancy trying to take the Herring Road from Dunbar to Whiteadder, and the Southern Upland way from Cockburnspath to Abbey St Bathans. Has anyone else cycled these routes? Are they even cycleable or are they just walking routes? Any other suggestions in East Lothian/Lammermuirs/Borders? Thanks all, Angela. |
