Done the 47mile challenge ride for the 4th time, another great day. Love doing this event every year and to top it off, I even met Mark Beaumont at Murrayfield, had chat and got a photo with him. Proper gent.

Anyone else do Pedal for Scotland?

I singed up for the event a few months ago after i found this site.
Gave myself a few good lengthy conditioning training trips as i hadnt been cycling for a many years.

Was a bit nervy at first but had a great day and the weather stayed good (until i got the bus back to glasgow green and had to cycle 4 miles home in the rain).

Will be doing it again next year.

My Latest Route: Aug 2012 Glasgow Green / Ncn 7
