Gave myself a few good lengthy conditioning training trips as i hadnt been cycling for a many years. Was a bit nervy at first but had a great day and the weather stayed good (until i got the bus back to glasgow green and had to cycle 4 miles home in the rain). Will be doing it again next year. |
