| A mixture of busy roads and long open roads with light traffic, the section between Hemel Hempstead and Leighton Buzzard is used by a lot of large lorries and can be a bit tricky on the parts where the tarmac isnt in good condition. Some strong cross winds on the open sections are hard work at times but all in all a good workout. | |
