This is basically a run to Bicester and back with a couple of variations on the way back. It is a nice, mostly quiet route with wide roads and lovely scenery. A word of warning, when you come down Bunkers Hill, it is a steep, fast and has a deceptively sharp right hand turn at the botton, so slow right down before taking it. As for the rest it is fairly flat where you can get up a head of steam. A number of pubs along the way but never stopped in any, so cannot comment. A very pleasant ride with two climbs, Bunkers Hill and Tumbledown Dick just into Cumnor, which is a bit of a challenge as it comes at the end of the ride.

You pass close by to Woodstock, and Blenheim Palace, the birth place of Winston Churchill. You also pass even closer to St Martin's church in Bladon where Winston Churchill is buried, and can visit the grave. |

This is a really nice route to Bicester. Good down hill parts, especially at Bunkers Hill and Farmoor. A bit challenging going back up all the hills on the way back. All in all enjoyable ride.
