This is a short, mainly flat, road route on a mix of A, B, and country roads. Head initially towards Bradford, but veer off towards Mannigham on the A6177. Then take the A650 to Frizinghall, Shipley and Saltaire. Turn left onto the B6265 and left again onto the B6269 into Cottingley. Through Cottingley veer right onto the B6146 towards Sandy Lane. Cross the B6144 into Stony Lane and head back to the start. |

This is a ridiculous route, which is virtually ALL on busy roads. NOT to be recommend at all, much better and quiter roads can be used with a little thought in this area. This one is pointless. | ||
