The Barnardo's Cycle route through the Vale of Glamorgan.

Mostly flat route with a few long drags, although it does start off with the Tumble to climb. Goes along the A48 to Cowbridge, through Ewenny, towards the Airport and back via the top road in Barry heading past the ITV studios into Culverhouse Cross.
