| Beddau,through lanes to Tonyrefail, Gilfach Goch, Ogmore vale, Nant-y-Moel, Bwlch road to Treorchy. There's a good cafe' opposite Cardiff Arms hotel, Treherbert, Rhigos road to Hirwaun, Aberdare, where there's another good cafe' here can't remember name but recommend home made rice pudding,yum yum. On to mountain Ash, get on to main road heading towards Abercynon for a couple of miles then look out for Cynon Trail on the right. This will lead you past leisure centre to the railway station where you will be able to get onto the Taff trail. Continue on trail and get off behind Tesco's which leads to a roundabout for A470. Take 3 exit across bridge. Continue on this road past the Treforrest estate railway station. Continue to the fork in the road, take a right here up steep hill, on to Efail Isaf. Take a left at the Carpenters Arms over to Pentyrch, on to Creigiau. Left at the Creigiau arms, take 1st left after golf club to Rhiw Saeson, continue up hill, down other side to junction. Take a left to staggered cross roads on main road, cross and take road to Beddau. |
