| I have completed this run a few times recently and found it really good for training. I stay not far from bellahouston park and enjoy using the NCN 7 links that take you away from the main busy roads around Govan, Ibrox and Kinning Park. Once over past the Macargs garage the NCN 7 route is a great detour all the way up through scotstoun and yoker. The signs and directions to pick up onto the canal after clydebank college are good. An alternate route after the erskine bridge is to follow the road into erskine, inchinnan and through renfrew (Riverside track sign posted at Normandy Hotel past golf course and back to the renfrew ferry terminal). | ||
