quite a good ride out overall about 22 miles in total starting at the car park at newton cap viaduct and traveling through hunwick, willington, branspeth, brandon, meadowfield, coming to broom lane picnic area then heading off towards ushaw moor, esh winning and then up into stanley crook before heading back to wilolington where you will retrace your route from the co op to the viaduct a cracking ride out for the family as very little is on roads (stanley to willington)there is a few crossings to contend with if you have kids with you but overall a good ride out i did it in just under 3 hours with a couple of rests for my daughter and wife | |
