| starting off on cycle tracks and canal sides for most of the way, with plenty of refreshment stops on route, tea, coffee and beer gardens, with shops visable from the cycle track, the only downside i found when i done this route that was from pontypool to crumlin your on a major road unless you take the side road which will stll eventually bring you out onto the major road. | |
