Most of this region has mountains, although its famous for its garden, it also boasts 3 castles, 1 abbey and a goldmine. For the adrenaline junkies there is a large variety of activities. Cycling, canoeing, gorge walking, navigation caving are just to name a few. For the more relaxed person, bird watching, golf, fishing and horse riding are available amongst many more activities.
