Also known as the "City of Discovery" this is the 4th largest city in Scotland. This was a hot spot for many battles, mostly during the Medieval Era and even going as far as to wall the city in 1545. A part of the wall is still standing today. Settled next to the north sea, and facing south, City of Dundee is one of the sunniest and warmest spots in Scotland. It is easy to get to with 3 main motorways and a good bus service. At the end of June, they hold their yearly Blues Festival called "Dundee Blues Bonanza".
