This is an off road route, in which only 5% is on road, that would be enjoyable for downhill and mountain biking enthusiast, especially towards to end of the route. The route starts at Clarke Hall Educational Museum, goes around the large quarry to the North of Wakefield, and practically follows the way the river flows ending up at Stanley Ferry. You can stop off here for a refreshing beverage before finishing the last short leg back to where you began. |
