This starts on the same route as the Crofe Mullen to Broadstone and Lytchett Matravers Circuit, but also encompasses Sturminster Marshall and Wimborne Minster. All back country roads from Upton...Some 'A' Road crossing. Starting from the Dorset Soldier pub, head toward Wimborne. Just before the A31, turn right onto Willet Road. This leads onto the Castleman Railway Trail. Follow this until you get to the bridge over the A35 and you then get into Upton. Keep going right until you come out onto the B3068. Follow signs to Lytchett Minster/Minster School. You go back over the 'A35' and should turn right onto Randalls Hill then left onto Huntick Road. Keep going untill you reach Lytchett Matravers. Continue through until you get to a right turn (Dullum Road turns into Colehill Road). Head along this road and across the A31 and the A350 into Struminster Marshall. Ride straight through the High Street and on until you cross the river. After the sharp left take the right turn. Head along this road towards Wimborne Minster. Turn right into the B3082 and head down Victoria Road to the Julian's Road B3078 turn off. Go up Julian's Road and over Julians Bridge across the A31 and get ready for the up hill into corfe mullen!!! Enjoy!!! |
