The is a mainly off road route that starts in Cranleigh and uses the "Downs Link" cycle route to get to Rudgwick. There is then a section of B and country roads to get back to the "Downs Link" and Cranleigh. After Baynards station, it can get a bit confusing, but when done once, you will not forget: past Baynards station you go under a bridge, then you need to go up and over it, on the "Cox Green Road", and rejoin the route on the other side of the bridge. From there it is very straight forward and easy, up a hill, down it and into Rudgwick. Once in Rudgwick, you follow the B2128 into Cox Green and go left off the B2128 onto "CoxGreen Road". This takes you back to the bridge where you go down under the bridge and connect back to the "Downs Link" back to Cranleigh. |
