This is a road route, that apart from the first and last mile is all on B roads, that has a number of climbs and descents. Starting in Dyce you initially head to Hatton of Fintray. You then follow the B979 towards Blackburn before turning right onto Kingsfield Road and a climb over the hill to Kintore. Go through Kintore on the B977 then turn right onto the B994 for a very fast section all the way through Kemney to Monymusk on the B993. You then face a series of climbs and descents into Torphins. Again there is a fast section on the A980 and B977 back to Dunecht, before more short climbs on the B977 back to Kintore, Hatton of Fintray and finally Dyce. |
