| A shopping trip that turned into a touring practice! The route takes in the Weat side of Worcester to Droitwich which is pretty easy going. Droitwich to Hanbury doesnt present any problems, by this time you will have been biking for about 1.5 to 2 hours. On the way to Hanbury there is the oportunity to stop off at the canalside pub. Hanbury itself is a small village with a watering hole. The Hanbury-Feckenham trip is 3 miles and the only part that needs watching is a pretty small hill that is surprisingly aggressive and needs taking with sensible gear changes-there isnt much of a run up. By Feckenham travel distance is 20 odd miles. Return trip is a re-track and the winter sunshine was glorious over the fields. Total trip time (inc optional shopping!!) 5 hours for 35 miles |
