| Although short, it has some very very steap hills On the route which may be great going down but riding back up will be very very tough and a great test and workout | |

| Once into whalley there are plenty of pubs/inns/sandwich shops selling coffee and icecreams, there is a nice river to ait by and rest and also a great Paper shop to buy snacks,energy bars and drinks :) |
