Heading Anti-clockwise, Using the connecting lanes between Hambledon valley and Stonor valley, this route also runs along Bedlow Ridge from the "steep side" then back up Aston Hill towards Stokenchurch. Once at the top , it's back down through Watlington and up to the top of Pishill, again, turning off the valley heading towards Turvill and down the other side, for the last hop over the valley, this time from the bottom of the fairmile, heading up towards Fawley - across to Marlow Road and back to Henley. There are 8 tough climbs to tackle.

Some very tough climbs en route. Gradients of up to 15% at times, some are sustained for 120-150 meters vertical at gradients of about 13-15%. The time estimated in the post if about right for an average rider. Took me 4:30. The scenery is spectacular. Highly recommended route.

tough climbs, would have been really hard had the route been 30 miles longer. Lovely quiet lanes for the most part. Recommended
