You can pick this route up anywhere along the way. It starts in Hughenden Valley in High Wycombe and climbs up to Walters ash past an RF base taking in breathtaking Chiltern scenery. It mainly sticks to quieter country roads with good surfaces with a few stretches on A roads. There are couple of good hills, to get the legs going but is mainly flat. Not for the hayfever sufferers, it passes by many farmers fields stuffed with rape seed at varying times of the year. |
