From Hook End take Hay Green Lane towards Blackmore, Highwood, then left past The Fox and Goose, then over the A414 to Cooksmill Green, follow signs towards Writtle, past the Agricultural College then turn left, towards Radley Green, Norton Heath, A414 then take Fingrith Hall Lane to the centre of Blackmore, turn right back to Hook End.
