Moutain Bike Route Not to hard, with a Pub at the end and a long very easy downhill afterwards all the way back to the start. Start and End at Horsham Station - Start Horsham Station and Exit Station at the rear entrace. - Follow Signs for High Weald Landscape Trail (Acorn Symbol) to Depot Road - At end of Depot Road cross over roundabout into Hampers Lane - At end of Hampers Lane, Leave Metalled Road and join High Weald Trail Tracks - Follow Trail Past MotoCross Circuit and Down Hill to Stream - Enter Forestry Commission Open Access Land and Follow any one of a number of muddy tracks up hill, they all end up on a long 3 mile hard surfaced track running along a ridge in the centre of the forest - Whereever you join the long hard surefaced track head North (left) and continue along until you reach Forest Road - Head East (left) on Forest Road for 300 yds until you find the Green Dragon Pub - Take Biles into the Garden via the car park and enjoy a well earned pint and a super lunch -Rejoin Forest Road heading West for a 3 mile downhill road into Horsham - At roffey traffic lights continue straight over onto Crawley Road and then over roundabout to Kings Road - At end of Kings Road, Cross Roundabout into Station Road - From Station road Turn right into back of Horsham Station |
