This is a road route, mainly on country roads, that has a mixture of hills, the largest of which is probably the approach to Warninglid, but the rest are fairly easy gradients. The route takes you south through Maplehurst to Partridge Green and offers some stunning scenery, with views of the south downs. You then head east through Shermanbury to Wineham. You then start the homeward journey north, and you pass some lovely points of interest, especially Warninglid and Hammerpond Lake which is stunning. Enjoy! |

As someone who regulay cycles the roads you were riding today, I look for cyclists, even I struggle to stop for the idiots amongst you who don't look left or right before exiting a junction! | ||
