| A good cross country run on a mountain bike, First quarter road, middle quarters through Thetford Forest onto the Ickneld Way to Knettishall Heath...........farm tracks all the way across open countryside. Last quarter on quiet single track roads. 30miles in four hours on a very muddy day.....the Ickneld Way is used by 4x4s and turned into a mire. | |
