| This is a road route, that apart from a small stretch of the A378, at the start, is all on country roads. It doesn't matter which way you tackle the figure of 8 route, either way you will encounter a steep climb and a steep descent. You start at the Langport Visitor Centre and turn Right onto the A378. Turn Left after the garage, signposted Wearne, and sweep round to the right at Wearne to get to the start the figure of 8 loops. You can then either go left onto Paradise Lane or continue straight ahead. |
