| This is a nice hilly route, with lots of ups and downs, that takes in Blodwel Bank, Wern Ddu and The Old Racecourse, from the Llansilin side. For me its a nice 1.25 hour training ride, on mainly back lanes, amongst some amazing scenery and with some good hard climbs thrown in. Alternatively, you can take your time, enjoy the great scenery, and take in the views from elevated places such as Nant Mawr, Wern Ddu and the top of the Old Racecourse. There are some major hills here that require a lot of effort, that is why it is graded as a 7. | |
