a circular route out along quiet lanes to baconsthorpe then plum stead, on to edge field and down long hill to briston and over through the picturesque villages of stody, brinton, and Gunthorpe. Over A148 to Thurford and down long hill to Walsingham where the Norton cafe is welcoming. back via west gate to Binham and along to Field Dalling, thence to saxlingh`am wiveton and up over keeling Heath to again cross A 148 at bridge road on via lower bodham to re join Red barn lane to pretty corner
