Cycle Steps |
1. Starting at Westbury-On-Trym, we cycled over the Downs to Sea Walls, then over the Suspension Bridge to Ashton Court Estate to enjoy the scenery and woodlands. Avoiding anymore major hills (!) you can cycle down onto the Portway, where we enjoyed a drink by the harbourside. After which we cycled along the portway to Sea Mils, and down in the Dingle to cool down under the shelter of Blaise Castle Woods. A very varied cycle ride! Could be too long for children under 10 years. |

Landmarks/Sites to see? |
Suspension Bridge, Ashton Court Estate (a cafe there but take lots of money as its expensive and does not have much to offer - mainly paninis) many bars and pubs by the harbourside near the portway. If it's a hot day (like the day we went) there are lots of ice cream vans around green areas.
