| 1. A nice ride home via the embankment, Mall and Hyde Park. Race along South Carriage Drive and then zip past the shoppers on Kensington High Street. Blackfriars Underpass and Tower Hill aren't too pleasant in terms of traffic but take the Highway to start with rather than Cable Street if you want to avoid the locals wandering on the cycle path (I've seen 2 crashes and several near misses in my time). |
