| 1. Starts at Chichester Northgate beyond the worst of the traffic and heads straight up over the Downs to Fernhurst, which is reached after the transit of Verdley Hill.
Once the centre of Fernhurst is reached, the route heads off down Church Lane to reach Lickfold in order to climb Bexley Hill, before joining up with the main route again at Easebourne.
At Singleton, the route branches off and climbs up to Goodwood Racecourse, after which it heads down to Westhampnett and terminates just before the worst of the traffic is reached. |
