Cycle Steps |
1. Start in the forest car park. Head right on to the main forest track. |
2. A hundred yards on, turn right on to a forest track. There is sign posts so it is fairly clear. |
3. Two miles on there is a clearing. From here you can see Deuchary Hill and the surrounding country side. |
4. The track continues for 10 miles slowly working its way uphill. The ascent isn't in it's self too tricky, but the length of the climb can take it out of you. |
5. The 10 mile trek takes you round in a circle and Deuchary Hill again comes into view. |
6. Carrying on you eventually come near to the top where the the long up hill now seems worth it and turns into a 3 mile downhill course. |
7. The down hill course will take you right back to the beginning car park! Point of note though, if it's raining make sure you have a change of clothes. |
