Cycle Steps |
1. A fairly steady first part of ride. First gradient to reach Gt Brington hill is short and sharp. Then steady to Brockhall (beware gated road you might have to open and shut them). Take care when turning off A5 at Dodford junction. Steady climbing starts as you go through Everdon/Preston Capes (a bit of a drag). Fairly flat all the way through Litchborough/ Fosters Booth/ Tiffield/ Blisworth/ Stoke Bruerne/ Ashton/ Hartwell. Nothing major to ride up, fairly straight forward all the way back to Northampton.
There's a cycle path alternative at the Bedford Rd Roundabout ( its traffic light controlled but can be a little busy ). |
