| 1. Typical East Lothian/Borders route ie undulating. Hilly start out of Dunbar then up over Oldhamstocks. Usual great views of the Lammermuirs/Firth of Forth. Onto the Grantshouse to Duns road briefly then onto the Whiteadder road. Out of the Lammermuirs towards Gifford (coupla good food pubs if you fancy a short detour), then back to Dunbar with a coupla good climbs thrown in. |

Good hills:-Starvation Brae-The Brunt-Oldhamstocks-Ecclaw-Preston. Whitadder Reservior (good to see its filled up again),Garvald (pub grub), Stenton, Pitcox (Spring Water Works), Spott and of course Sunny Dunny.
