| Cycle Steps |
| 1. From the car park cross the road toward the village again and head left up the first road across the road |

| 2. Follow the farm track round for a mile or so, cut left when you see the track. Follow it round and as it starts to go uphill, take the left at the first fork. |

| 3. A couple of miles up this (steep) hill there is a turning to the right up into the forest - take it. This is a very long and quite steep road, so take it easy. The views up here are amazing once you get out of the forest. |

| 4. Follow this path right up the valley. Eventually (after your legs almost give in) you will reach a burn crossing, which will be wetif it's been raining. The path turns right across the burn and starts back down the other side of the valley. Some steep and tricky riding here now so be careful. Cross a bridge and turn right, about a mile after this there is a farm on the right - take the path down toward the farm, and just before the farm take the footpath on the left. |

| 5. This footpath will take you right back to the start again (do not turn left up the steep hill into the forest again after about 3-4 miles). There aresome VERY steep but short downhills here, a fast burn crossing which you can bomb through in glorious style, and lots of mud if it's been raining. And to top it off, just before you get back to the car park, there is a river you can wash yourself (and your steed) down in! |
