| 1. This is a Figure of 8 route from Roose Conservative Club, initially taking the Morecambe Bay Coast Road to Ulverston. You then head up the Eastern shore of Coniston Water, through Coniston, and returning down the Western side of the lake via Torver. Finally on returning to Ulverston, head across land to Dalton and back to Barrow. | |
