| 1. Mixture of quiet roads and excellent off-road sections. Following the "green corridor" from Canford Heath to Bournemouth pier (Bourne Valley Greenway). Beach promenade to Hengistbury Head, then ferry to Mudeford Quay. Return via Somerford, Burton, Sopley and over the Avon Causeway, past the airport and through Parley, back to Ham Lane and then Colehill. |
