| 1. A nice circular route for the beginner wanting a bit more of a ride mostly flatish although this has only one half mile hill at Hopwas it has some nice sharp hillets to get your blood pumping, nice wildlife to be seen and some pleasant well kept villages to see or stop at. |

There are many pubs, Catton Hall, Tamworth Castle and market town on Tues and Sat, there is a cafe that welcomes cyclists just outside Rosliston called Beehive Farm Woodlakes they do lots of things for the family here but tea shop closed on Mondays.
