| 1. Cross River Tone over pedestrian bridge (dismount). Cycle along river path, cross canal, take right hand path before Obridge Way. Follow River Tone (not canal). Under viaduct. Before A38 bridge turn right across river bridge. Left on to A38, Right into Hyde Lane. After crossing canal take next right.Over M5 to Creech St Michael. Left at Creech. At North End right at roundabout. Left on to A361 then immediately right along country lane. Take 1st left, after crossing M5 turn right in Adsborough. Very fast A38 to be crossed carefully. Left at crossroads near Maypole Inn. Then right before no entry sign. Ignore right turn along country lane. At West Monkton turn left ( past West Monkton Inn),turn right along 'The Street' and then right again. Straight over crossroads at Gotton. Go past Gotton manor nursing home. Bear right along Hestercombe Road. Right at Pitchers Hill. Hestercombe Gardens are just beyond next junction. After leaving Hestercombe House turn left then immediate right turn. Take left at triangular junction. Right at end of lane. Continue straight on (this is a left turn) along Lyngford Lane, left on to Dorchester Road. Cross Eastwick road at lights into Lyngford Park, left into Lyngford Road. Cross Priorswood Road at cycle crossing lights. Left along Obridge road. Cross canal then turn right to follow canal cycle path back to Brewhouse theatre |
